PASSPORT AND VISA REQUIREMENTS
A national visa is a permission granted by the Slovak Republic authorizing its holder the stay in the territory of the Slovak Republic for the duration of the validity of the visa and in other Member States for a period not exceeding 90 days in any 180-day period under the conditions stipulated in the Schengen Borders Code.

INVITATION LETTERS
The conference secretariat assists delegates by processing official invitations upon request. This letter of invitation, however, does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Congress Secretariat or the Organizing Committee to cover travel, accommodation, or other expenses associated with attending the meeting and staying in the Slovak Republic.
