Prices valid until April 15, 2026. After April 15: +100 €. On-site: +150 €.
*An accompanying person is a person who does not participate in the scientific parts of the conference, just the social events (welcome reception, gala dinner). 
In case of change of arrival and departure dates, we will contact you before the start of the conference.

Cancellation and refund

Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat in email to safe2026@safe2026.org

For cancellations received until 31 May 2026, 10% administrative cost will be charged.

Until 25 June 2026 50% of the paid registration fee will be refunded.

After 25 June 2026 no refund will be available.
