Oral Presentations

Each lecture hall will be equipped with a computer and HDMI connection. Personal laptops may be used, but we recommend bringing your presentation on a USB memory stick.

Presentation types and timing:

  • Keynote: 25 min (including Q&A)
  • Invited: 20 min (including Q&A)
  • Oral: 15 min (including Q&A)
  • Short Oral: 10 min (including Q&A)

Session chairs will moderate presentations and Q&A sessions to ensure smooth transitions between speakers. Chairs are kindly requested to arrive before the session begins.

Poster Presentations

Posters should be printed in A0 size (841 mm × 1189 mm), portrait orientation, and placed in the designated poster holders by the presenters prior to the session.

Guidelines for Poster Preparation:

  • Printing: Authors are responsible for printing their own posters and bringing them to the conference.
  • Setup: Posters must be placed in the designated holders before the session starts.
  • Materials Provided: Tape for mounting posters will be supplied by the conference organizers.
