*An accompanying person is a person who does not participate in the scientific parts of the conference, just the social events (welcome reception, gala dinner).
IMPORTANT Mention: All presenters authors must be registered no later than April 15th, 2026. (Otherwise, your contribution may be taken out of the final program.)

Cancellation and refund
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat in email to safe2026@safe2026.org
For cancellations received until 31 May 2026, 10% administrative cost will be charged.
Until 25 June 2026 50% of the paid registration fee will be refunded.
After 25 June 2026 no refund will be available.
