Smolenice Castle serves as both the conference venue and a hotel; however, accommodation capacity is very limited, particularly for single rooms. Participants interested in staying at the castle are therefore advised to register for the conference as early as possible.
Please note that the conference registration fee does not include accommodation. Accommodation is payable directly at the reception upon arrival.
IMPORTANT: Accommodation cannot be booked through the reception. Please indicate your preferred room type in the „Message for organizers“ section of the registration form. Transfers from accommodations outside the castle (in the villages of Smolenice or Trnava) will be arranged by the local organizing committee via bus or taxi.
The transport cost and timetable will be confirmed after registration closes, based on interest in off-site accommodation, and will be paid in cash.
